Due to the current Pandemic, Inline with Government guidelines, we will not be covering any sporting events or events that would promote large gatherings of people.

We have been busy placing remembrance poppies on our vehicles ready for Remembrance Sunday. We are  proud to be covering remembrance services in Stratford Upon Avon and any profits made will be donated to the poppy appeal and Combat stress charities.

We are lucky to have retired soldiers and currently serving soldiers that work for us today and we really value the commitment they gave or still give. They bring a huge variety of experience and knowledge from the work they do and make up an important part of our team.

Please note that from the 1st of November 2018, County Medics Ltd will be VAT registered. You will notice that this will now be included on invoices and on any quotes. Please contact one of our team should you have any specific questions relating to this. Certain services we provide may be zero rated, this will need to come under set categories that can be found on the HMRC website. A selection of new staff and current staff attended training evenings this week. Topics included Safeguarding, Basic Life Support, AED, Equipment familiarisation and staff support services. County Medics believes continual training and staff support is an absolute must in order to maintain a safe and caring service for our patients as well as showing that we value our staff

We are proud to inform our customers that the way we schedule, manage and deal with bookings for patient transport has been upgraded. We now  offer our customers the ability to directly book an ambulance via an online portal. This gives you the ability to track the progress of the booking and even check wether the ambulance has arrived at the pick up point/dropped off to the patients end location.

You can talk directly to our control room staff via the messaging function  and check on multiple bookings in one easy place. You can of course still contact us via phone where one of our team would be happy to deal with your request.

Our Medical Centre is now set up at what looks to be a very busy, fun, family friendly Bristol VW Festival. We have worked closely with the Festival staff to ensure that everyone here has a safe and enjoyable time. Even though we hope not to see you in a first aid situation we would love to see you drop in to the Med centre and say Hi if you get time!

We are currently carrying out patient surveys. These forms will be available on our ambulances across our fleet and we would be delighted for any feedback.

This feedback will help us to continue to supply a safe and caring service for our customers and improve in areas should we need to.  We of course are always happy to accept comments both positive and negative directly at any time which can be done via the online feedback form on the contacts page or by calling us.

County Medics has now updated its policies to reflect the new GDPR requirements. As part of this one important change is that our service users can now choose how we contact them. We will offer this option to any future data that is collected but existing users can contact us via phone or email and choose how they receive any data moving forward. You can choose to be contacted via phone, email, post, SMS or none.
We would also like to let our service users know that we only keep records of peoples data for specific valid purposes and that we do not share or sell this information to 3rd parties for marketing purposes. if you have any questions relating to the new GDPR changes please feel free to contact us.
