We are proud to inform our customers that the way we schedule, manage and deal with bookings for patient transport has been upgraded. We now offer our customers the ability to directly book an ambulance via an online portal. This gives you the ability to track the progress of the booking and even check wether the ambulance has arrived at the pick up point/dropped off to the patients end location.
You can talk directly to our control room staff via the messaging function and check on multiple bookings in one easy place. You can of course still contact us via phone where one of our team would be happy to deal with your request.
